How do I change my address?

my subscription expire?
Check your magazine address label. Here's a
sample label showing in yellow your account number (the
first 10 numbers above your name) and subscription
expiration date (the last issue you will receive). Change
of address note: Because we print magazine labels in
advance, it takes several weeks before your label
reflects a change.

Does
my address label show a paid subscription?
The expiration date on your label may not
indicate your subscription is paid. After we receive your
renewal order, we extend the expiration date on your
label before payment arrives.
When
does my first issue arrive?
After we receive your new magazine order, we send the
first issue in 6-12 weeks. If you've waited 12 or more
weeks without receiving anything, tell us about it at Customer Care, call 1-800-588-4599,
or write to the address below.
How
do I get a missing issue replaced?
Renovation Style®
is published bimonthly. If you don't receive an issue, let us know.
We'll either extend your subscription an extra issue or replace the
missing issue (supplies permitting). When you notify us, please have
your magazine address label handy (we need your name, address and
account number). Tell us about it at Customer
Care, call

How
can I stop getting duplicate issues?
If you are getting two copies of the same issue, please
notify us. We need the account numbers from both magazine
address labels as well as your name and address. Tell us

What
do I do about a damaged issue?
Please tell us right away which issue (month and year)
was damaged and where to send a replacement. We'll send a
replacement if supplies permit, or extend your

Where
can I buy a back issue?
You can order back copies at $5.95 each (price includes
postage, tax, and GST or HST in Canada). Not available
outside the U.S. and Canada. Call 1-800-588-4599,

When
does my first bill arrive and where do I send payment?
If you're a new subscriber, you should receive a bill
about 2-4 weeks after you ordered your magazine. Payment
is due on receipt. Your prompt payment will assure that
your subscription continues without interruption. Please
use the reply envelope enclosed. If the envelope is
missing, send your payment to the address below.
Why
did I get another bill when I just paid?
If you are getting duplicate bills, or think your payment
